The ME Team Engagement Process

The ME Team is engaged one-to-one with every customer. No employee is allocated on more than one project at a time. We ensure that every customer gets the maximum out of each interaction and experiences a unique service experience from our representatives. The customer interacts with the associate dedicated to him and we provide an escalation structure which enables effective communication and problem resolution if the need arises (explained below).
