Customer Analytics
- Post-Graduate level degree with specialization in statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics, or operations research.
- Strong Analytical Background in Marketing / Customer Insight / Direct Marketing / CRM / Campaign and familiar with statistical software packages, such as SAS, SPSS, SQL, Excel etc.
- 10 + years of experience Managing teams working on large scale customer data sets and orientated around areas such as: Churn, LTV, Segmentation / Profiling / Targeting, Behavioural Analysis, Propensity / Predictive Modeling / CHAID, Loyalty and Retention etc.
- Industry experience in Retail, FMCG, Telecoms, Utilities, Financial Services or Online Sectors would be highly beneficial.
- Consulting experience is beneficial.
Sr. Research Consultant, Advanced Analytics and Predictive Modeling
- Master's degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, computer science, operations research, economics, or other quantitative field
- 8+ years of relevant experience conducting statistical/predictive modeling, simulation, data mining, or quantitative analysis.
- Strong background in developing and supporting very large scale databases
- Ability to be an independent contributor to solve complex data-analytics problems
- Industry experience in Retail, FMCG, Telecoms, Utilities, Financial Services or Online Sectors would be highly beneficial
- Knowledge of database technologies including Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive, cloud computing, etc
Insurance
- Graduate/Post-Graduate level degree with specialization in statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics, or operations research
- Strong verbal and written communications and teamwork skills
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience including 3 years of statistical modeling and data mining in using advanced statistical techniques to create high-performing predictive models including pricing models, fraud detection and marketing-related models in customer acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and budget allocation.
- Expertise in statistical modeling techniques such as linear regression, logistic regression, GLM, tree models, cluster analysis, principal components, and feature creation, validation. Programming experience with SAS (STAT, macros, EM) and other statistical software (R, CART, SPSS, Matlab)
Banking and Financial Services
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics/ statistics/ economics or equivalent experience; Masters degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience including at least 1 year in financial services a must
- Provide support for analytical projects and present findings for top management.
- Assists in delivery of more complicated projects under supervision of the team leader/ manager within agreed timelines and as per agreed quality standards. Independently corrects identified problems.
- Programming experience with SAS (STAT, macros, EM) and other statistical software (R, CART, SPSS, Matlab).
Telecom
- Graduate/Post-Graduate level degree with specialization in statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics, or operations research.
- 6- 8 years of overall experience
- Strong background in contact center analytics in the Telecom domain.
- Project management of at least 5 years in Marketing Analytics and/or IVR/Self-service Analytics.
