Situation:
The company needs to identify a reliable partner in order to increase bandwidth to accommodate more work through high-quality intellectual resources
Initial discussion:
ME discussed the finer details of the requirement including high level business understanding of the contribution of the division at present, current best practices and process followed within the division to understand the depth of the learning involved and to build a preliminary map.

- The data is stored currently in a data warehouse with estimated 10 TB data availability
Issue – Partner Data Transfer and Storage Infrastructure
ME confirmed its state of the art data transfer and storage infrastructure with high speed bandwidth levels to support large amounts of data transfer and its dedicated server with 100% uptime to support and manage data storage
- The Analytics is currently performed by a highly intellectual team of MD’s, actuaries, PHD’s and Analysts
Issue – Availability of talent with the required level of expertise in Statistical modeling and experience with SAS
ME proposed to send a batch of profiles to the company which includes the current team available for immediate deployment and also proposed screening to be conducted by the company. ME confirmed knowledge and use of SAS in various complex statistical requirements performed in the past.

Test Project to Establish Proof of Concept:
As the need was more from a resource requirement rather than a combined consultation requirement, ME proposed to move forward with a test project with test sample data. Both companies insisted on endorsing a Non Disclosure before any data was exchanged.
Successful Test Project:
The company was delighted with ME’s ability and commitment towards quality from data management to consultation to data analytics. It was also happy with the dedication ME approached learning an absolutely specialized process and the accommodating nature of the team at all times.
Result:
The Company today experiences remarkable cost savings and is also in discussion to offshore other high end services from its other services. The availability of intellectual resources which was a challenge for the Company in the recent past is no more an issue that is under discussion within the company. This relationship h also helped the company increase its bandwidth to take on more responsibility leading to higher top line contribution.
