Corporate Social Responsibility

It is important to distinguish Social Responsibility from charitable donations. A successful CSR philosophy does not mean "capitalism with a pinch of socialism".

Neither do we want to create a "compassionate public image".

We strongly believe that any high performance sustainable organization rests on the three pillars of economic, social and environmental performance. To be sustainable an organization must perform across all three dimensions.

This initiative goes beyond ad-hoc disbursement of funds to a sustainable planned program in building capability, providing the resources to remain competitive and improve the standard of life of people who have been less fortunate. This is not intended to be a sporadic initiative but a sustainable corporate philosophy.

We believe in growth with a human face and continuing people centered development. It is our vision to integrate both internal and external stakeholders to improve our environment by providing equal and fair opportunity.
